1. Services
ATX Construction Handyman and Remodeling LLC ("ATX Construction") provides remodeling and handyman services in Austin, TX and surrounding areas. All services are provided subject to a written estimate and agreement signed by both parties.
2. Estimates
Free estimates are provided without obligation. Final pricing may vary from the estimate if the scope of work changes or unforeseen conditions are discovered. Any changes to scope will be communicated and approved before additional work begins.
3. Payment
Payment terms are specified in your service agreement. A deposit may be required before work begins. Final payment is due upon project completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Warranties
ATX Construction warrants all labor and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from project completion. Material warranties are subject to manufacturer terms. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or modifications made by others.
5. Limitation of Liability
ATX Construction's liability is limited to the value of the services provided under the applicable service agreement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
